Mr Luster is being sentenced to 124 years on a case where many 
questions are unanswered. The testimony was hampered and blocked 
for his defense, the original arrest warrant based on a perjurious 
statement by his accusor, and he was tried and convicted 
in his abscence. 
If you are not doing it for him, do it for anyone 
else finding themselves in an unfair trial.

Please, if you live in California, write your state Assembly Member, 
and Senator, and demand a second look at this whole situation,,,
by granting an appeal.

Cruel and unusual punishment, and unfair trial proceedings,
can happen to anyone, even you.
We must be ever-vigilant to protect the rights of all our citizenry,
to prevent the losses of everyone's rights.

We are guaranteed, by the US Constitution, a FAIR trial.

Why did he run?.......Maybe he thought it would buy him a bit of time,
surely there would be a harder look at the unfairness of his 
situation, if only there was a bit more time....He was wrong,
unfairness went on without him.
